Since 2004, UK Dedicated Servers Ltd have been providing high availability, mission critical dedicated servers within the UK and Europe.
From our fully owned, privately operated secure datacentre in Coventry, UK we are able to offer complex e-commerce hosting, co-location services and scalable cloud solutions. All of our solutions are fully customisable and we are able to offer same day setup on the majority of our services.
We understand that customer service and support is paramount in our industry and vital to help our customer's businesses grow and we therefore provide all our customers with 24/7/365 UK based freephone telephone and support ticket support.
Our Network
UK Servers operates its own high speed MPLS enabled network spanning multiple UK datacentres, designed for redundancy, speed and security. All of our UK sites have multiple failover routes to the internet with all intersite connections at a minimum of 10Gb/s.
We utilise the latest Juniper MX routers at the edge of our network directly connected to Juniper EX series virtual chassis switches at the core with the entire network being dual IPv4/IPv6 stacked.
We have multiple 10Gb/s uplinks to our tier one transit providers which include: Level 3 and NTT and additionally we peer at LINX (London Internet Exchange) and with service providers including BT, Virgin Media, Claranet, Janet and more.
